House of secrets: Below this house is the Damanhurian temple which is one of the largest temple complexes in the world. Sounds like something from a movie, but it is real.
Het huis met het geheim: Onder dit huis, wat er overigens aan de voorkant heel normaal uitziet, ligt één van de grootste tempelcomplexen ter wereld. Klinkt als iets uit een film, maar het bestaat echt!
There are nine chambers with stunning murals, mosaics, statues, secret doors and stained glass windows in the ceiling (MANDALAS!)
Er zijn negen ruimtes met geweldige muurschilderingen, mosaïken, beelden, geheime deuren , labyrinten en glas in lood ramen in het plafond (MANDALA'S !)
These pictures are just a fraction of the awesome beauty to discover. I hope I will be able to see this in real some day.
Deze foto's zijn maar een fractie van wat voor pracht er te zien is. Ik hoop dat ik het ooit in het echt mag aanschouwen.

ReplyDeleteI have never heard of this place nor this temple. It is truly amazing. A place to go to to have some kind of spiritual awakening. Lovely.
