Christmas decoration

Hi everyone! Here is a Christmas ornament I did many years ago. I sawed it by hand from plywood and painted it. It was from a lovely magazine I bought in the US. I made a lot of things from plywood that time and then I bought a machine and have never done anything with that...... Now isn´t that strange? I´m behind with blogging, have been decorating the house, doing shopping etc. Today I cleaned and tidied the house. Tomorrow I will visit my parents to help them buy new teeth and glasses, but I have to see if my dad is up to that. He returned from a 24 hour stay in the hospital where he had a blood transfusion. They are really fragile both. I will do my blog round now and tomorrow, hope to catch up soon. Have a nice sunday!

Of andere zaken nemen ons in beslag.

Een echt kattemens he...

    Muktha

  2. What a delightful Christmas kitty! Or is he a Hanu-kat? :D

Thanks for sending people to look at my Chanukah tree. I'm glad you like it!

And the ladie's lipstick is Prismacolor# 930 (magenta) with a #929 (pink) overlay followed by a blending on top of #1001 (salmon pink)and then highlighted with a little bit of white paint thinned out! Do you think we could market it?

  6. What a cute kitty. I have never done plywood ornaments before. I went through a ceramic ornament making spell many years ago.

I hope your Father is ok and able to get out and about.

Don't worry about your blogging. It sounds like you have your hands full now. We will always come back to see you.

  7. I want to buy a scroll saw to cut out my own plywood stuff. I may do it at some point when I have some free money! I would love to make all kinds of things that way! Please take care of your parents. You are so fortunate to have them both. I lost my Dad in 1996 and I can't bear to think about anything ever happening to my Mom. She is my best friend.

Make blogging your last priority!!! I love your help with the mandala making...I will keep trying for sure...probably after the holidays!

Take care!!! Thanks for your friendship, Marianne!
    Hugs...Julie
