You can read here what a Yantra is.

Finally I am home................................:)
I came home Friday but had to give a mini workshop the same afternoon.
Yesterday we went for a family visit in Loosdrecht, near the water. Perfect place to be with this weather.
Summer has arrived here and it will be hot all week.
Yeah I love it!
Today I MUST do something in the garden which I have neglected in 4 weeks
I also have a lot of chores waiting for me such as laundry and tidying the place up. So again no time to blog much, but I will try to catch up with all of you this week......
Have a wonderful sunny Sunday!
I don't know why, but I have become a lover of blue, so I find this to be very pretty, Marianne! Welcome back home.
ReplyDeleteI will have to pop over to see what this is all about. I think the colors are gorgeous. Enjoy your time at home. I hope you get outside some to feel the warmth and soak up some sun.
ReplyDeleteI'm the luckiest girl to have this be for me!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you're home, even if you have xhores to do :)
My sun-sign friend has sunshine too...hurray!!

so beautiful. love the colors and the glitter. doing those kind of chores really regrounds a travers into home. That can be so nice sometimes.
ReplyDeleteWilkommen zuruck! You were missed!
ReplyDeleteThe mandala is absolutely beautiful. I now can say that I have one - on a card, courtesy of our wonderful friend, Lolo...seeing your work in person really reflects your talent!
Enjoy the sunshine.....I wish you could bottle some and send it my way....
Love to you, Sjimmie and all the Furry Ones!

Good to see your work again. Have missed seeing you around the blog world. Know you lead a busy life. Love, love love the mandala
ReplyDeleteWelcome home Marianne! Pity about all the chores - hopefully they will wait so that you can enjoy some lovely summer weather. I've followed the link and will check out the meaning of your beautiful illustration!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this. LOVE. Don't work too hard!
ReplyDeleteI just love your mandalas, and am feeling drawn to learn more about creating them as an art form. I bet you'd never know it, but I am a practicing Buddhist! And I have never heard anything about a Yantra. I recognize the symbols, but never knew that there was a name like that for them. How neat!
ReplyDeletePssst, yes. . . don't work too hard! :)
