Mandala Workshop / Animal Wednesday

A mandala of goodies
Last Friday when I came home I gave a mini workshop for Tineke and her 2 sisters.
We made a birthmandala in watercolor pencils.
Sisters day 2010 in Zierikzee
Tineke made a mandala with just flowers
Anneke gave hers an Eastern feel.
Truus and Tineke working side by side
And this little darling came out of hiding. This beauty belongs to Tineke's son and was there for a sleepover.
I LOVE turtle cats! Tineke has a dog and a bird so the animals were well represented.
Life is so much better when animals are around...........................don't you think?

Hello sweet kitty!!! Yes, I agree with you about animals...Doozy is curled up next to me, while my grandson is playing Wii, and granddaughter in back room asleep with daughter. Enjoying a few moments of quiet blogging with my Dooze!!! :)

  2. What a beautiful platter of treats laid out so artistically.
And the art being created looks wonderful to my eye as well.
Looks like a real fun day! Nice of you to teach what you do so well.

  3. It looks like everyone had a great time. That plate of goodies looks yummy. I think a house seems so much more lively with animals. It would feel lonesome without having at least one animal in the house.

    Tee-hee ;)

I hope we sit down and make something when you come to visit. That will be so special!

Cute kitty. Here we call their markings 'tortoise shell."

  5. I love the way your treats are laid out like a mandala.
Lucky ladies taking your class and creating beauties.

The cat reminds me of Sjimmie. As I sit here trying to type with Sunshine sticking her little beak in all the wrong places.

  13. Oooh, those goodies look fabulous and so beautifully arranged of course. What a great little group you had. I love my animals, we have 2 cats and 1 dog as you probably know and we'd be lost without them.
