  1. Lovely Marianne. How do you do that? Take a still photo at each step and make it into a video? Or take photos with a video camera as you paint?? Pretty cool.

  2. Marianne, this is so beautiful. I have always been amazed at the perfect circles you create...and this is really a wonderful mandala. I have to say my digital world is fought with challenge.

Thank you so much for sharing your very special process.

  3. I am just in awe of the process behind your beautiful pieces. Love how much thought and care you put into personalizing a piece for someone. And this mandala just blew me away with the colors and details and how uniform it all is. Gorgeous!!! Thank you so much for posting the video behind the process, they are always fun to view.

  7. Very pretty! I like seeing how you build your artwork, addition by addition. Is it done digitally?

  8. I've just read all the posts I missed and I see that you painted it with acrylics. The larger picture that you posted shows the owl details so beautifully. I'm glad I kept reading.

  9. Thanks everyone for your positive comments!

Suki, indeed I make picture every step of the way.
I need to find a way to do this easier.....but I have no idea how.
I had about 100 pictures, cropped them and then I made the video with Windos Movie Maker.

Hi Stevie, the mandala is handpainted with acrylic on canvas.

Have a nice day my dear friends!
